Terms of Service

Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using NurseLeap (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using NurseLeap, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Use of the service
NurseLeap provides career transition quizzes, personalized reports, and educational resources for nurses exploring non-bedside roles. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional career counseling, legal, or financial advice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: accessing it through automated means, attempting to reverse-engineer it, distributing content without permission, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nurseleap.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment terms
Certain features of NurseLeap require a paid plan. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with a paid purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days by emailing hello@nurseleap.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
All content on NurseLeap, including text, graphics, logos, quizzes, and reports, is owned by NurseLeap or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Data handling
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant NurseLeap a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NurseLeap does not guarantee that career quiz results will lead to employment or any particular outcome. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseLeap and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to NurseLeap in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@nurseleap.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
